The content on SHIPJACK.COM is for your general information and use only.  Our company strives to offer the safest shipping forum.  SHIPJACK.COM is intended for compliant haulers and screens all registered transport companies DOT and MC numbers.  SHIPJACK.COM is in no way liable for fraudulent or misrepresentative information found on SHIPJACK in any way. By interacting with companies from all over the United Sates, you acknowledge inaccuracies and misrepresentations may be presented and that SHIPJACK.COM is in absolutely no way liable for said inaccuracies and misrepresentations.  SHIPJACK.COM excludes itself from any legal liability arising from disputes and misrepresentations by customers and transport companies on SHIPJACK.COM.
2. Use of information contained within this site is entirely at your own risk.  All agreements and deals done through this site are the between the customers and transport companies.  SHIPJACK.COM is in no way liable for any disputes that may arise from these interactions.  It is a priority at SHIPJACK.COM to ensure that our transport companies are reputable and of high quality but SHIPJACK.COM does not take legal responsibility or guarantee their service or behavior.  As a customer, you are strongly advised to do research on any company you become involved with.  We recommend that our customers check DOT and MC numbers on Safersys.org.  SHIPJACK.COM is not a shipping company.  We provide a forum for companies and customers to do business and are completely not liable for, nor hold legal responsibility for, the actions of our customers and transport companies.
3. Reproduction of content that is licensed and owned by SHIPJACK.COM,  which includes, but is not limited to, design, layout, language, and graphics,  is strictly prohibited.
4. Unauthorized use or abuse of the services may lay claim to damages or be a criminal offense.
5. In the event that links are placed on this site, they are intended to benefit customers and transport companies of SHIPJACK.COM.  SHIPJACK.COM in no way takes legal responsibility for those websites.
6. By using or accessing SHIPJACK.COM, you are agreeing to free SHIPJACK.COM and its officers from liability and damages arising from the use of this site.
7. You may opt out of receiving any emails from SHIPJACK.COM simply by submitting a request to britepath@gmail.com.  We currently do not send emails of any kind to our registered users other than responses to emails received.  If you are visiting SHIPJACK.COM to participate in the ThumperTalk Gift Card giveaway then your email address will be supplied to the administrator of ThumperTalk.com so that winners can be selected.  Otherwise, no personal information (email address, phone number, etc.) will be shared with a third party for any reason.
